These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GleamCraft Auto website (the “Service”) and our detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other automotive services (the “Services”) provided by GleamCraft Auto (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service or engage our Services.
1. Service Overview
GleamCraft Auto provides professional automotive detailing services including, but not limited to, full exterior and interior valeting, paint correction, ceramic coating application, scratch removal, upholstery cleaning, leather restoration, engine bay detailing, headlight restoration, and alloy wheel refurbishment.
2. Booking and Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for extensive services.
- A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows will be charged for the full service amount or forfeiture of deposit.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are for guidance and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and specific requirements. A final quote will be provided upon inspection of the vehicle.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Vehicle Condition and Liability
- You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and trash from your vehicle prior to our service. GleamCraft Auto is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- While we take utmost care, GleamCraft Auto accepts no liability for pre-existing damage, electrical issues, or mechanical malfunctions discovered during or after the detailing process.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or aftermarket parts, or if your vehicle’s components are not robust enough to withstand the cleaning process.
6. Photographic and Marketing Use
By engaging our services, you grant GleamCraft Auto permission to take photographs or videos of your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process for internal record-keeping, marketing, and promotional purposes. This may include sharing on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
